Pe scurt:
Neon Neon sunt Gruff Rhys si Bryan Hollon (alias Boom Bip). Primul mai este cunoscut si ca solist vocal al grupului Super Furry Animals iar al doilea ca producator de muzica electronica si hip hop. Impreuna, pe Stainless Style, reusesc sa aduca in 2008 sunetul anilor '80 si povestea fabricantului de automobile mort in 2005, John DeLorean. Acesta apare sugerat si in imaginea de pe coperta.

In ceea ce priveste genul muzical, amestecatura mai mare ca pe Stainless Style rar mi-a fost dat sa aud. Pe melodii ca Neon Theme sau Raquel se aude un fel de electro-pop din anii '80 (gen Jean Michel Jarre), I Told Her On Alderaan este - pur si simplu - rock, Trick For Treat si Luxury Pool sunt rap, Belfast este ceva disco/euro pop iar Michael Douglas este techno.

Una peste alta, albumul e nemaipomenit. Atatea melodii bune! I Lust U imi pare cea mai cea...
